Stop Breaking Those Fingernails! Use A Scrigit Scraper! {Giveaway}

*This was brought to you by AdvertiseWithBloggers.com and scrigit-scraper.com. I received the mentioned product from the sponsor to help facilitate this review.

I remember my stepmother always had the most beautiful fingernails. They were so long and rock hard. She never did much with them but put on a coat of polish every now and again, then she didn't give them a second thought. If Pinterest had been around back then, I would have spent hours painting up her nails in some of those fancy designs all the girls are doing over there. I've never bothered learning how they do it for myself because my fingernails are the exact opposite. They are weak, flimsy and break very easily. Any little task I use my nails on is a gamble if they will withstand the pressure, or if they will chip and break. Before I was offered a chance to review a new product called Scrigit, I never realized how much I actually use my fingernails as scrapers every day!

The Scrigit Scraper was inspired by the inventor's mother, who, like my stepmother, had very sturdy long fingernails that she used to clean small spots off of household surfaces or clean out grooves. Since there are many who don't possess those strong nails, like myself, the idea of replicating the cleaning power and handiness brought forth the design for the Scrigit Scraper. (The name is a combination of scraper and digit, like your finger. Pretty clever!)

About the size of a pen, the Scrigit has 2 sides; a flat edge and a rounded one. The flat edge is great for:

• Flat Surfaces
• Tight Edges
• Plumbing Putty
• Shower Door Tracks

I have used this end to scrape off dried food from my kitchen surfaces, to scrape out crumbs that get stuck between the counter and the stove or refrigerator, and those sticky messes every mom finds stuck to the floors.

It scooped that sticky gunk right off the floor! Just wipe it off with a tissue and continue on with your day!
Then there is the rounded edge that is great for:

• Curved Surfaces
• Smaller Spots
• Crevices
• Sinks and Toilets
• Labels & Tape

There are so many handy ways to use the Scrigit Scraper for cleaning around the house and in your car. Use them on dried food, wax, grime, adhesive labels, stickers and tape, craft and DIY projects. I know I really could have used the scraper when we were painting our laundry room! My fingernails took a beating when I used them to scrape off every little paint drip from the floors and every other surface I splattered it on. I love the extra little overhang in the center of the Scrigit. It makes it easy to attach it onto my pocket when I am starting my daily cleaning chores, so I always have it available! Or, just keep one stashed in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry area, or anywhere there is high dirt traffic so you'll always have one handy!
