How Natrol Keeps Us On Track This Summer #natrolgummies

This post is sponsored by Natrol but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

I admit, when summer vacation rolls around I'm a bit more lax on routines and rules. Sometimes the girls will stay up playing video games until the wee hours and end up sleeping until mid afternoon, curfew gets pushed back, we bake and indulge in a few extra calorie packed treats, or sleepovers happen and teeth might not get brushed before everyone falls asleep. I'm guilty of staying up a little later than normal here and there too, then end up missing my early morning workout, or talk myself out of doing chores and sit outside with an iced tea and a good book instead when the weather is nice. I think summertime is a time for being carefree, but while I let a lot slide when school's out, I do make sure my family is taking their daily vitamins each and every day.

Natrol Vitamins
My oldest daughter has always been good about being proactive about her own health and I never have to remind her to take her vitamins, but Allison has always needed a daily reminder, and even then she hems and haws about it because she doesn't like the taste of most of them. So, when I heard about Natrol Gummies, I did a little research, liked what I saw, and figured we would give them a shot.

Natrol Gummies

What makes Natrol Gummies stand apart from the other vitamins we've tried in the past? They are:

- Made with organic ingredients
- Non-GMO
- Vegetarian
- Made with 26 fruits and vegetables (multivitamins)
- Gelatin-free
- Contain no artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners, or preservatives
- Made with pectin so they are less likely to stick to teeth over other gummy vitamins

Simply take 3 Natrol Gummies once a day with a meal and you're all set!

Natrol Gummies Multivitamins come in 3 delicious flavors: berry, cherry and grape, which are all Allison approved.

Natrol Gummies

They are mom (me) approved too! I always buy the hard vitamins because I never liked the gummy stuff sticking to my teeth, but I can vouch that these are a soft gummy chew that dissolve quickly so you aren't having to floss after consumption.

Event though we're summertime slackers in some areas, Natrol Gummies help us stay on track with our multivitamin needs every day.

Look for Natrol Gummies in your nearest grocers or mass merchandise retailer where multivitamins are sold. You can easily find them by looking for the PURPLE lid! And, if you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, Natrol does offer a full money back guarantee. Click the link HERE to learn more about all of the wonderful benefits of Natrol Gummies.

Do you stick to a year round routine, or do you also slack in some areas during summer vacation?

  1. They have such lovely jars! It's nice that they're gelatin free, most of our gummy candy here is with gelatin and me hates it! Do they have a daily dose of vitamins in one candy?

    1. No, you take 3 to get your 100% daily dose of vitamins, so each jar lasts 1 month since there's 90 in each.

We had a go round about me running a comb through her hair before taking the photo. She wasn't having it. That's part of her new summertime laziness plan- not brushing her hair cause she says it will frizz. I didn't have the energy to fight her on it since I felt I was lucky enough to get her to wipe off the runny makeup she had on from the day before. Ugh!

    1. I like melatonin too, but usually only resort to it when a cup of herbal tea doesn't do the trick.

  3. I find a lot of the gummies don't have the full dose adults need, and yeah, they sure can stick to the teeth. Good you found ones that don't. All stays the same no matter the time, mostly, at our sea.

    1. I agree, that many multivitamins are lacking where dosage is concerned. Thankfully, you do get 100% when you take 3 of these a day.

  4. We try to stick to the routine. Sometimes stay up an hour later. We do take multivitamins. I have to take 2 Aspirins at night, and 2 in the morning to try and prevent polyps from coming back.

  5. Natrol sounds like a great supplement line. I've taken supplements and given them to my family in that past, and they never quite seemed to do the job. They just felt like a thing we did but that never helped.

  7. My kids take some vitamins but usually forget, or rather I do so a good tasting and great formula like this is great. Maybe my kids will ask for these if they are good tasting and the supplements can only help.

  11. I have definitely been slacking on taking my supplements and a good multivitamin may be just what I need to get back on track. I really appreciate that this line is non GMO too.

  12. Love that these are vegetarian. I have been surprised by how many supplements, especially gummies, are not.

    1. yeah most people don't realize that normal gummies aren't really. Though I doubt any extra ones die for gummies, seems it's made from "spare parts"

  14. Supplements in gummy form are more convenient to take. I haven't tried these ones by Natrol. We'll try these after we use up the ones we currently have at home. Thanks for the review. Great to know they are non-GMO.

  17. Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, that's your youngest!! I thought it was your oldest when the photo loaded, and then realized your baby's not a baby at all anymore. :) That same thing is happening over here. Bittersweet for me, since he's my last little one. ;) Speaking of my youngest, he ONLY likes the gummy vitamins, and he'd love to take 3 at once (they're like a treat to him, lol), so I will be checking these out.
