Smoothies! Fruity & Tropical Treasure!

If you are a long time reader here, you know I love me some smoothies! Normally I stick with strawberry based smoothies, but this summer we have branched out and tried new recipes. Sometimes some of the best recipes you can find in your local sales flyers. These came from my Meijer ad, and as soon as I saw them, I knew I wanted to try them. Good thing I did, because they are super yum!

  6. a smoothie a day keeps the doctor away, that's my motto :) I make them with mineral water since I'm allergic to milk. Today I made a banana, appricot, lemon, honey, mineral water smoothie :)

  7. We love smoothies around this house. I even buy grapes when they are on sale, wash and dry them really well, and freeze them on a cookie sheet individually and then bag them for the winter, when grapes are so expensive. Pinning these recipes! Thanks for sharing.
