My Top 3 Fall "Me Time" Essentials #LiveFlavorfully

This post is sponsored by Celestial Seasonings but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

Happy October! Today is the start to my favorite month of the year, and while it's been officially fall for over a week, I don't consider it fall until we've hit Halloween month. For many of us, fall brings many comforts to our lives, and I personally take things a little easier this time of year, allowing myself to slow down a bit and spoil myself with a little more time to myself. In preparation of the season, I went out this weekend and stocked up on a few of my favorites to help make the most of indulging in my fall "me time".

Celestial Seasonings Tea

Starting my morning off with a little flavor of fall always puts me in a happy place. I've swapped out my summer berry filled steel cut oats for breakfast, and started mixing in warmer flavors like pumpkin spice and maple. Yum!

Additionally, I've swapped out my steamy summer reads for more mystery and thriller titles. This month I am reading Stephen King's Sleeping Beauties, Joe Hill's Strange Weather, and Josh Malerman's Bird Box.

Of course, I don't consider myself fully pampered until I have a steaming mug of tea in my hand. I recently swapped out my summertime ice tea for some of my favorite warmer tea flavors from Celestial Seasonings. This season, I am indulging in:

Vermont Maple Ginger

Honey Vanilla Chamomile

Sleepytime

Celestial Seasonings Tea

What makes Celestial Seasonings Herbal Teas so special to be included in my "me time" rituals? Aside from their amazing and wide variety of flavors, their commitment to ensuring that each pouch of tea is made sustainably really draws me in. Blended with care, from seed to cup, for more than 40 years Celestial Seasonings has been taking steps to ensure their teas are of the highest quality, while protecting the Earth's natural resources.

Celestial Seasonings Tea is grown with Earth-friendly practices, and not only that, their packaging is sustainable too. The tea is packaged in natural fiber tea bags that don't need a string, tag, staple or individual wrapper which saves more than 3.5 million pounds of waste from entering our landfills each year! The outer boxes are made with 100% recycled paperboard that can be recycled again when empty. How great is that!?

  2. these are probably the most enchanting photos you've posted in a long time, and we know all of your photos are enchanting :)
Celestial is actually one of the very few American blends I actually like. I remember that Annzie once sent me a box of Celestial Fruit Tea Sampler which had a few bags of four or five different fruit teas in it, and I remember I really liked blueberry and all others as well. It was strange because they were not black tea based, and I usually don't like herbal tea with flavours, but this one was well balanced. And because they don't put sweet root them inside (it gives every tea a nasty candy taste). Love Celestial!

Imma gonna stare at these photos for ten minutes now before sleep :) The light and the setting is just so beautiful! Love the mug too! Please, do tea more often :)

    1. Glad you enjoyed the photos, dear :)
I like Celestial's green teas. I remember in Europe thinking how incredible the tea selection was, though I don't recall seeing a lot of fruit flavored teas there. I think we have more varieties in the flavored teas than you guys do, but Europeans have a lot more blacks and greens to choose from.

I did 6 months of tea (one photo a month) on my Instagram, but that campaign wrapped up at the beginning of summer. Though, you aren't one Insta so you probably missed them.

Sadly, not in my country. We have no black tea at all, just tisane. We're not English at all, unlike moiself. So I usually have to beg my smugglers to smuggle goodness for me from Hungary and Germany :)

    3. Most of the tea shots were done in my stories and I deleted a few off of my feed since I'm trying to keep it as travel related as possible.

I had a hard time finding black tea in France, so when we got to Ireland, I swiped all of the black tea bags from our hotel room so I could finish out the trip without having to worry about not finding anymore.

  7. I do love Chamomile Tea. I'd love to try it with Vanilla and Honey, yum!! No pampering for me, we're in full swing over here at my job. I'll pamper over winter break. Doesn't mean I can't put a moment of peace in there every now and again with some hot tea (it really does feel indulgent). I love your pics!!! Totally got me in the mood for Fall!

  11. I want tea now. We've been making a lot of soups, but then buying sandwiches or burgers to go with them. Lots of work on the soup, but so much less work on the sandwiches.

  12. The only thing to pamper myself lately has been late night reading in bed. I am soooo ready for November 3rd to get here so that our crazy schedule will ease up...at least for a few weeks until the crazy holiday season hits! I have started some Christmas shopping already.
