Now that we have Thanksgiving behind us, we're heading full swing into Christmas party mode. Of course, that means lots and lots of food! In an effort to steer away from the normal cookies and pies I usually take to holiday functions, I've been trying out some different recipes these past few weeks that would wow a crowd. I found this Rice Pudding Crème Brûlée recipe recently on Golden Blossom Honey that caught my attention. The flavor combination sounded too good to pass up!

I took a little sample bite, which turned into eating more than my fair share of the pan. It was that good! I think this would be a hit at any social gathering this holiday season!

Ingredients
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup long grain rice
2 eggs
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup light brown sugar
