(Almost) Wordless Wednesday ~ The Box

As we head towards Christmas, I am reminded that my kids don't need fancy toys for the holiday. They have the most fun playing with something as simple as a cardboard box.

  1. That is so cute. It's funny how we can spend hundreds of dollars on toys and they're happy with a box.

  11. I remember my DD's playing with them when they were younger. My Youngest one still uses them for crafts and when her cousins come over to play.

  15. Same for my kids. Give them an empty Kleenex box, some paper and Scotch tape and they can play for hours.

  16. So true! Especially my 2-yr-old twins-they have a rubbermaid bin in the kitchen they play all the time in. It's all they need.

  19. YOu have a beautiful Christmas message here. I am so sad that we really dont have any extra budget for Christmas and I envy all the nice Christmassy things in blogs that I visit and I envy them. But this post is so true. Simple things really makes kids happy and maybe I dont need to worry about Christmas anymore. Sorry if I am not making any sense. My head is just overflowing with happiness when I saw your photo =) Dropping by from http://pixiedusk.livejournal.com/323666.html
