Wordless Wednesday~ Friday Night Lights

Now that school is back in session, it's time for a little High School Football! This year my nephew is on the varsity team. He doesn't live close by, so attending one of his games is always a special time!

Are you a football fan? Do you prefer to watch high school, college, or professional games?

My hubby is the big football fan, though I enjoy watching and going to games with him and the children.

Hey Theresa! I confess I am not a big fan of the American sports - but I do love Rugby Union, from which it might be argued, the US code arose!! My most fave of all though is cricket. I'll watch that even if it's just the kids in a Mumbai street. &*> YAM xx

  3. Your nephew is TALL! I love their uniforms too. When my Daughter was in highschool and a cheerleader, I used to try to make it to the games.

  4. It's been years since I've been to a game, yet I don't know anyone ON one, I bet we'd go more if we did!

  16. I'm not a football fan, but I will instantly become one if my nephew goes that route. It's fun watching relatives play (as long as they don't get hurt). I'd jump in and beat up anyone who hurt him.

    Be well, Theresa.

  17. Yes, you have to be spectacular to watch a game of football. In Europe practiced the one you call soccer!

  18. Not a football fan, but I went a few times to see my niece who was a cheerleader. She actually started a squad for special needs kids. I hope they keep it going now that she just entered college.

It's great to support your nephew!

  23. How fun. I haven't been to a high school football game since I was in high school. I was in the color guard (nerd alert), so I was at all the games. Maybe my boys will play when they get older?

    1. Yes, that's my sister's son lol. I often see my dad in his face, so the family resemblance is definitely there!
