Tree Hut Shea Sugar Body Scrub Review & Giveaway!

Even though it feels like winter has been dragging on, summer is quickly approaching. I have been going to the gym a lot, trying to get my body ready for shorts and bathing suit weather. I want my body to look fit and healthy, but it is also important for my skin to look it’s best also! The harsh winter weather has left my skin looking rough, dry and dull, so no matter how much I sculpt my body, if my skin looks bad, the rest of my body is going to look bad too. That’s why I am excited to tell you about Tree Hut Shea Sugar Body Scrubs!

Tree Hut has been making fabulous health and beauty products for over 10 years. They have scoured the globe looking for only the best natural oils and extracts to pamper your skin, and leave it looking it’s absolute best. Their Shea butter is certified organic, the products are not tested on animals, Paraben Free and no Formaldehyde Donors, and are made in the USA!

I have been indulging in Tree Hut Shea Sugar Body Scrub in Tropical Mango each time I shower.

Tree Hut Shea Butter Scrub

The first thing I noticed about this product was the scent. Once I opened the jar I was hit with a delicious aroma. Just breathing in the fragrance took my mind to a relaxed state, making me feel like I was on a tropical vacation. It was simply divine! The scrub itself has a great texture. I have used scrubs in the past that have either been very runny or too thick. That is not the case with Tree Hut Sugar Scrubs! The whole sugar grains are the perfect size for exfoliation. It did feel a bit rough on my skin at first, but once I got the hang of how much pressure to apply as I was rubbing the scrub in, it was much more gentle and provided very effective exfoliation. My skin was left feeling soft and smooth, with no greasy or oily residue left behind. My skin was lightly scented with just a hint of the tropical mango fragrance, which I really enjoyed! The only thing I took issue with was the wide mouth jar. While it made the product very easy to scoop out, it also made it easy for water to get into the jar, resulting in diluted product. I would recommend shutting the shower water off before opening the jar, or applying the sugar scrub to the skin before even turning the shower water on.

I love how beautiful the sugar scrub leaves my skin, but I love the benefits of the ingredients even more!
