Theresa's Mixed Nuts: Studded Strawberry Clay Necklace

Studded Strawberry Clay Necklace

I wanted to share a diy project I've been working on. I really wish I could take credit for the idea, but alas, it goes to Quiet Lion Creations. I saw this tutorial on there a few weeks back about making a Kenneth Jay Lane studded strawberry necklace. I loved her copy cat idea so much, I decided to copy cat her.

Here is the original necklace that inspired the knock offs:

Here is Quiet Lion Creations:

Since I am not a huge fan of gold, I changed it up a bit and did the topper silver:

diy, studded, polymer clay, jewelry, fruit, beads

So mine isn't quite as pretty as the other two, but this was my first attempt at making polymer clay jewelry. This one was so much fun to make, now I have another project in mind I hope to have completed in the next week or two. If you want to make your own studded strawberry necklace, head over to Quiet Lion for a step by step tutorial on how to make one for yourself.
