1 can strawberry frosting (I used Pillsbury)
1 12 oz bag vanilla chocolate chips (I used Nestle white morsels)
*I've heard that if you use "whipped frosting" it will change the consistency, so I'd stick with regular frosting.
Melt chocolate in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Take care not to microwave too long or you will burn your chocolate.
Stir in the can of strawberry frosting.
Grease or line with wax paper a 9x9 pan. Pour in fudge mixture. Refrigerate for about an hour. Cut into squares, or if you are feeling festive, use little heart cookie cutters for Valentine's Day. Serve.
If you like, you can top with candy sprinkles to make them extra pretty.
My girls were kind of up in the air on if they liked it or not. If you like strawberry ice cream, you'll love this. If not, this may not be a recipe for you. My husband and I enjoyed it very much!
